Crawl developer Powerhoof has announced that they are developing a new point-and-click adventure game titled The Drifter for Switch.

At this time, no release date has been confirmed for the title, but the developer did state that the game is “a looong way off”. Those interested can visit the official website here, and check out the reveal trailer for the game below.

Cygames has confirmed that the next update for Draglia Lost will go live on October 28th, bringing the game up to Version 1.13.0.

Darksiders Genesis has a release date – at least on PC (and Stadia). The game will initially launch on December 5, followed by other platforms in 2020.

IGN specifically mentions a February 14, 2020 release date for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. That news may apply to Switch as well, but at the very least, it looks like we won’t be seeing Darksiders Genesis on consoles until next year.

A physical version of Battle Princess Madelyn is in the works, Limited Run Games has announced. Pre-orders open on October 25 through the company’s website. Reservations will be live for two weeks.

Battle Princess Madelyn originally debuted on the Switch eShop last December. Since its launch, the 2D action-adventure title has received a number of improvements. More information can be found here.

Niantic has announced a brand new feature for Pokemon GO. With the GO Battle League, players “will be able to walk in order to earn entry” and then “battle opponents from around the globe through an online matching system and rise in the ranks of the league.”

PM Studios and acttil have announced a new limited edition for WILL: A Wonderful World. Pre-orders go live on the PM Studios Online Store as of today, and will release on October 23.

All copies include a 180-page full color art book, soundtrack download code, exclusive reversible cover sheet, and a Willy plushie. Only 450 units will be produced.

ININ has announced a partnership with Strictly Limited Games that will see the release of a special collector’s edition for Bubble Bobble 4 Friends.

The collector’s edition contains a number of items relating to Bubble Bobble and its history, “which have been translated from Japanese with great attention to detail in order to make them accessible to fans and collectors.” It will be sold on Strictly Limited Games’ website starting October 27 for €89.99. Only 2,500 units will be made.
