According to this week’s issue of Famitsu, Ninja Warriors Again (title tentative) is in development for Switch. Taito is bringing the game to the system next year in Japan.

Details are mostly unknown at this time. However, Famitsu’s screenshots seemingly show a Super Famicom-style 2D action game.

SNK 40th Anniversary Collection is heading to Switch in November, SNK and NIS America have announced. The North American release is set for November 13. It should be around the same time in Europe.

SNK 40th Anniversary Collection features a variety of classic titles in pixel-perfect form. The package also has various features including saving anywhere and rewind, plus an enormous gallery of rare and detailed production notes and materials.

We have a new trailer for SNK 40th Anniversary Collection below.

Mega Man 11 - Blast Man

Capcom has shared some brand new information about Mega Man 11. Along with a new Robot Master, we have details on new modes.

Blast Man is the next Robot Master officially introduced. The boss “hops around the room while slinging explosives everywhere in his attempt to turn Mega Man into scrap metal.” Before heading to Blast Man’s lair, you’ll need to navigate through the ruined remains of a theme park and movie studio hybrid.

A few weeks ago, we found out that Mutant Football League is coming to Switch. Digital Dreams Entertainment followed up with more details today.

The brutal arcade-style football game will be offered on Switch as Mutant Football League: Dynasty Edition. It’ll include exclusive teams and gameplay content.

Here’s a rundown of Mutant Football League: Dynasty Edition:

Splatoon 2 is celebrating its first anniversary with a global Splatfest. The event itself will be hosted during the weekend of July 20 / 21, though you’ll be able to choose a side two weeks prior.

As for the topic, players will be asked if they prefer squids or octopus. Everyone on Team Squid will battle as Inklings. You’ll be able to play as an Octoling if you choose Team Octopus, even if you don’t have the Octo Expansion.

Namco Museum features the following games:

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy reached new formats last week. Interestingly, it’s the fastest selling Switch game released this year. The £30 price tag may play a factor in that.

The Xbox One and Switch versions of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy came in at first and second on the UK charts this week. However, the Switch edition only sold 250 fewer copies.

We have a couple of other tidbits regarding the latest UK sales as well. Mario Tennis Aces’ sales dipped by 53%, though GamesIndustry says that’s “decent performance for a game in its second week on shelves.” Harvest Moon: A Light of Hope, which debuted in the UK just a few days ago, had 78% of its sales on Switch in comparison to 22% on the PlayStation 4.

Game Informer has published its own interview with Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime at E3. The two sides chatted about amiibo, future announcement, what lies ahead for the “Classics” brand (like the NES/SNES Classic Edition), and more.

We’ve picked out some of the notable excerpts from the interview below. You can read the full discussion on Game Informer here.

Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition

I originally reviewed Hyrule Warriors on Wii U as well as the 3DS version on Nintendo Everything previously, so you can deduce that yes, I did dip into both previous versions of this game already. Except I didn’t stop there. I didn’t just put in a good 10-15 hours, as embarrassing as it is to admit – that’s not even close.
