Dragon Marked for Death originally imagined as a PSP game over ten years ago

Dragon Marked for Death wasn’t always planned to be a Switch game. We originally heard about the project in 2011 when it was set to be a 3DS title, but its interesting origins go back even further.
Inti Creates president Takuya Aizu recently shared drafts he discovered from the company’s Yoshihisa Tsuda. Since the document was created on August 18, 2008, we now know that this is something that has been kicked around for over ten years.

UK: New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe sells 25% more than the Wii U version at launch

We don’t have the full UK charts update yet, but gamesindustry.biz reports a little tidbit on the sales debut of New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. Not only was it the best-selling game in the UK last, it also sold 24.8% more copies than the Wii U version did back it 2012.

After datamining the NES – Nintendo Switch Online app, references to a bunch of different SNES games were found. That may not have been the only notable discovery, however.

Nintendo reveals the most-played Switch games in Europe of 2018

Every now and then, Nintendo sends out some interesting information to Switch owners through the system’s news feature. Recently, the company revealed the most-played games on the console in 2018.
Perhaps it may not be much of a surprise, but Fortnite topped the list. Nintendo itself had many entries in the top ten alone with Zelda, Mario, Splatoon, and more.

Japanese magazine Famitsu published some of its last coverage for Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition in this week’s issue. In that section, special developer messages were included.
