When The World Ends with You: Final Remix was announced for Switch, Square Enix teased new content including an additional scenario for the game. Famitsu provided a first look in this week’s issue, which has since been quickly added to the Japanese website. We’ve now translated all of the relevant details.
First up, we have an introduction to Coco. She was previously in The World Ends With You: Live Remix and The World Ends with You: Solo Remix, but seems to play more of a role this time around.

The next wave of content for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is just on the horizon. Extra Pack 3 and the next update will launch on August 28, Bandai Namco announced today.
Extra Pack 3 will be offered as new DLC. The content is highlighted by Kefla and Super Baby Vegeta as new characters.

Serenity Forge and Stage 2 Studios will bring Lifeless Planet: Premiere Edition to Switch next week, according to an eShop listing. You should be able to purchase the game starting September 6.

It’s been a busy week for Team Sonic Racing. This week’s issue of Famitsu introduced the game’s Story Mode, and SEGA is also unveiling a new track for the game.

Arena of Valor launches for Switch in September. The Nintendo Switch Online subscription service is also arriving in the same month. Thankfully, the two won’t be connected as Tencent has confirmed you won’t need to be a Nintendo Switch Online subscriber in order to play.
A theory has been going around that free-to-play games on Switch won’t require a Nintendo Switch Online membership. This certainly backs up that speculation.
