Nintendo reportedly asked Criterion to make an F-Zero game for Wii U
Posted on 10 years ago by Matt(@OnePunchMaz) in Rumors, Wii U | 30 Comments
Nintendo Life reports that back in 2011, Nintendo reached out to Criterion, creators of the Burnout franchise, to work on a pitch for an F-Zero that would be shown at E3 that year, with the game itself launching in 2012 alongside the Wii U. Unfortunately, Criterion weren’t able to commit to it as they were too busy with their own series.
While this isn’t official information, Liam Robertson, known for his work with Unseen64, usually is pretty accurate in his reports.
Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden officially getting western release on October 20th

Update: The European release date is October 16th.
Bandai Namco has just announced via Twitter that the 3DS 2D-Brawler, which launched in Japan last week, is officially getting a western release on October 20th, 2015.
Last week we reported that Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden had been rated in Australia, hinting at possible localization outside of Japan. A retailer in Spain had also started advertising the game, and now that Bandai Namco has made it official via their Twitter, fans in the Americas can get their hands on the fighter as well.
As a huge fan of DBZ and its games, this pleases me greatly. Will you be picking this one up when it launches on October 20th? Let us know your thoughts and excitement in the comments below!

Square Enix sends cease and desist order for Dragon Quest VII fan translation
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 14 Comments
Back in March, we reported that a fan translation was underway for Dragon Quest VII. The project has now been cut short, as Square Enix has sent a cease and desist to the group responsible for it.
We can only hope that this is a sign that the company has plans to localize the 3DS version of Dragon Quest VII. Otherwise fans will be left without a way to play the game in English on Nintendo’s handheld.
